Spice n' Crumb Banana Bars

These are another alternative for your ripened bananas, especially if you have a sweet tooth!!

2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup soft margarine
                                  2 thinly sliced bananas
                                  3/4 cup raisins
                                  1 tsp salt
                                  1 tsp baking soda
                                  1 tsp cinnamon
                                  1/2 tsp nutmeg
                                  1/2 cup sour cream
                                  1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 - 325 if using a glass pan.

Combine first 4 ingredients, mix at a low speed until crumbly. Press 1 1/2 cups of crumb mixture into an ungreased 9x13 pan. Reserve 1/2 cup for the topping. To the remaining crumb mixture, add the rest of the ingredients and mix for one minute at medium speed, until blended. Pour over crumb crust. Sprinkle with the 1/2 cup reserved crumbs. Bake until golden brown - approx 30-40 mins.
