Saucy BBQ Chicken
Chicken pieces
Seasoning (can use seasoning salt or whatever spice you like)
BBQ sauce (for this recipe I prefer to use Bullseye Chicken and Rib
or Tony Roma's Carolina Honey's)
Aluminum Foil
In a pot of water, add chicken and seasoning, then boil chicken for
roughly 20 minutes, just until it's not raw anymore.
While chicken is boiling, make a homemade foil pan - where you take
a sheet of foil and fold up the sides a little so liquid doesn't drain
out.
Turn on BBQ onto low.
When the chicken is done boiling, place in a bowl and take out the the
BBQ. Place foil onto lower grill of off BBQ and place chicken in the
pan. Pour water from the bowl into the pan, then coat each piece
of chicken with lots of sauce. Close lid and check every few minutes. I roll the chicken around in the sauce every time I check it. The sauce will thicken more and start sticking to the chicken. Once the sauce appears to be burning a little on the edges, I roll the chicken around one more time in the sauce and remove from the BBQ.
