Making Neleshnyka

In a bowl add 5 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 cup flour. Beat until smooth. Fry up crepe-like pancakes. They should fry quickly. Put 1 container of dry cottage cheese into a bowl and mush the cheese up into fine pieces - add to the cheeze 1 beaten egg and salt & pepper. When rolling, I cut those long pancakes in 1/2. Spoon cheese in pancake and gently press the cut end onto the cheese and roll up. Spray roaster with Pam. Add onion, dill and 35% cream (whipping cream), then bake.
