Chicken Parmigiana

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp parmesan cheeze
...3/4 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp dry garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
1 jar of your fav pasta sauce
EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
mozza cheeze, shredded
9x13 baking dish (I use a glass casserole dish)

Preheat oven to 375
In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, italian seasoning and parmessan cheeze
In a separate dish, beat egg
Drizzle a little EVOO on the bottom of the baking pan
'Butterfly' the chicken breasts

Dip each chicken piece in the egg, then coat in bread crumbs and place in pan. Bake for 10 mins, turn chicken over and bake for 12 mins. Pour sauce over chicken and top with mozza cheeze. Bake until cheeze is melted and sauce is heated. Serve on linguini or fettucini noodles.
