Teriyaki Chicken

This tastes best when marinaded overnight.

chicken pieces
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup China Lily soya sauce
1/2 tsp fresh crushed garlic (this can be bought in jars)
1/2 tsp fresh crushed ginger (this too)

Put all ingredients in a roaster and mix until honey is disolved. Add chicken. (I flip in the morning so both side get a good soaking)

Bake at 350 for approx an hr. Serve with rice.
