Lazy Chicken Cordon Bleu

Picture
4x boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans of Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup
Milk
6x thin to medium slices of toupee ham from the deli
6 slices of Swiss cheeze (I buy this pre-sliced from the deli)
Box of Stove Top Stuffing - Chicken flavour (crushed into smalled pieces)
3 heaping tbps melted margarine
                                  Fresh cracked pepper
                                  9x13 casserole dish

Preheat oven to 350

In a bowl mix soup with 2/3 can of milk - whisk until smooth. Set aside.

'Butterfly' the chicken breasts. Place on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle pepper, layer cheeze slices on top, then the ham. Pour soup mix over ham. Sprinkle Stove Top Stuffing over top - whole box not necessary. Sprinkle melted margarine on top of stuffing. Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins. After 30 mins, remove cover and continue baking for another 30 mins. Serve with rice or egg noodles.

NOTE:  This recipe can be made for 1 person or 20. It's another super easy and tasty meal to make! This is the size I make for my family with a few leftovers for lunches.
