BBQ Teriyaki Steak
For the best flavour, be sure to make this the night before you cook it, to allow the flavours to marinade :)
1 bottle of Golden Dragon THICK Teryaki Sauce (found at Sobeys where soya sauce is)
3/4 cup China Lily Soya Sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp fresh crushed ginger (you can find this pre-made in jars)
1 tsp fresh crushed garlic (this too)
2 tbsp vegatable oil
Sirlion Steaks
In a large Ziplock bag, add soya sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic and oil. Mix around until sugar is pretty much disolved. Wash and pat-dry steaks - add to marinade. Let sit in fridge overnight.
When BBQ'ing, baste with the Golden Dragon sauce instead of regular bbq sauce.
